Team building games are great at improving team communication and collaboration in a fun and stress-free way. Our team building games are simple enough for a 10-year-old to understand but come with twist that keeps everyone engaged. Here are some examples.
Connect 4 Relay
Teams will race to complete a Connect 4 challenge. Each team will field one member at a time, like a relay.
Each member places a colour block in the empty slot and runs back to their team station.
Work as a team to block your opponents, the first team to get 4 colour blocks in a row wins!
Water Maze
Navigate a maze of half-filled cups of water. Each team will have to guide a blindfolded teammate through the maze with verbal instructions.
The team that completes the maze in the shortest possible time, without knocking over any cups, wins.
Flip-a-Cup Relay
Each team is provided some twine and rubber bands. The team has to work together to flip a cup over, using the materials provided. They cannot touch the cup directly.
The team has to flip a cup for every member. Upon each successful flip, the team will have to chug a shot of alcohol or apple cider vinegar.
House of Cups
Each team is provided some cups, twine and rubber bands.
Without touching the cups, the team has to work together to stack up the cups in a pyramid.
